Rajasthan is India’s largest state and its most theatrical - a landscape of desert kingdoms where every city carries the colour of its own court. Bikaner and Jaisalmer hold the Thar, with sandstone forts, carved havelis and camel trails running out to the Sam dunes.

South of the desert the character changes: Jodhpur under the walls of Mehrangarh, the temples and viewpoints of Mount Abu, the lakes and palaces of Udaipur, the pilgrim town of Pushkar and finally Jaipur with Amber Fort and Hawa Mahal. Our Rajasthan circuit takes in all of it, together with darshan at Shri Khatu Shyam Ji Temple.
