About Arunachal
Arunachal Pradesh is the north-eastern edge of India, where the Himalaya rise straight out of the Brahmaputra plain. The western districts - Kameng and Tawang - carry the classic route: orchid forests at Tipi, the river valley at Dirang, the high crossing at Sela Pass and the monastery town of Tawang beyond it.
Tawang Monastery is the largest in India, and the country around it holds war memorials, high altitude lakes and the border road up to Bum La. Our tours run the full circuit from Guwahati and back, with inner line permits, hotels, meals and private vehicles arranged throughout.
